Incline dumbbell press  4 sets/5 reps
Flat dumbbell press 4 sets/5 reps
Weighted pull-ups 4 sets/5 reps
Dumbbell or barbell row 4 sets/5 reps

Tuesday

This is the second day of workout in his bodybuilding plan that targets the lower body parts. The exercises are:

Deadlift  5 sets/ 5 reps
Front squat 5 sets/6-8 reps
Front lunges  4 sets/8 reps per leg
Calf raises 5 sets/12 reps

Wednesday

The best thing about Henry Cavill’s workout routine is that you can have rest after two days. This is something different because most of the workouts have rest at the end of the week. But you can give relaxation time to your body because Wednesday is the rest day.

Thursday

Talking about his back and chest workout, Henry Cavill has four exercises that help him very beneficial.

Cable crossover 4 sets/10-12 reps

Friday

Any bicep curl variation 6 sets/10-12 reps

Saturday & Sunday

Saturday and Sunday are the rest days, and Henry also performs some soft tissue workouts to keep his body in a trance.
